Team Building and Corporate Retreat

Come aboard BluReverie Catamaran for an exceptional team building experience! Team building is critical in creating a cohesive environment towards working for a common goal. The main objective is to create strong bonds and connection which can lead to significant benefits in increased employee motivation and collaboration. Without a doubt we work better with each other as we learn what makes each of us unique.

In support of Team building, BluReverie can provide different cruise lengths depending on each company's needs. We can provide short Brunch Sails that last 2 1/2 hours and longer Sails that last 4 hours, 8 hours and even a weekend gateway.

BluReverie can provide a number of experiences for team bonding:

4. Weekend Getaway

Group Outing

For Group Outings we will take out a group of guest, selected by you, out for a cruise. We'll have 12 seats available for our sail. We will work with you to select the perfect time and length of the trip, and design the right menu for the group.

Small Group Discovery Outing

For Small Group Discovery Outing we will have up to 12 seats available for our sail. In this venue we will randomly selected team members from a list to come together on board BluReverie. This venue is intended to have employees meet other members from different groups. This is the perfect opportunity to cross-pollinate across your organization and give employees the opportunity for in-depth discussions with other teams. At BluReverie we'll help with introductions and have the conversation started. We suggest a 4 hour Sail option to give the group enough time to meet with new members.

Here is a typical scenario for the Small Group Discovery Outing option:

1. Send us a list of employees and emails that you want to participate

2. We will randomly pick up to 12 employees and ask for confirmation for their availability

3. If any employees choses not to participate, we will repeat this process until we have 12 guests on board.

Alternatively you can do the employee selection for us and we'll take it from there.

Small Group Discovery Outing+1

For Small Group Discovery Outing+1 each employees will have the option to bring an additional guest on board, their "+1". Here we are creating a much deeper and intimate settings where employees can get to know each other and their partners.

Here is a typical scenario for the the Small Group Discovery Outing "+1" option:

1. Send us a list of employees and emails that you want to participate

2. We will randomly pick up to 6 employees and ask for confirmation for their availability and if they will be bringing a +1

3. We will repeat this process until we have up to 12 guests on board.

Alternatively you can do the employee and +1 selection for us and we'll take it from there.

Weekend Getaway

Our a Weekend Getaway provides a 3 day and 2 night Adventure aboard BluReverie. This is an excellent option for a small group retreat where team and families can spend relaxing time in the San Francisco Bay. Typically we'll start Friday night, spend Saturday at Angel Island and returning Sunday afternoon back to Redwood City port.

These are examples of formats which we have designed however we are open to meeting your needs if different from what we offer. Team building can provide the foundation for fostering genuine connections, deeper discussions, and effectiveness in your teams.
